Acceptable product conditions for an exchange

In addition to our refund policy, Castle Ven Law also provides all customers with an effective exchange policy if you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchases. To exchange a product for another on Castle Ven Law you should:

Send the item back to Castle Ven Law within 30 days of delivery

Identify clearly which product you'd like in exchange

Phone Castle Ven Law with your bank details if the exchange product is higher in price than the original product

If you select an exchange item that costs less than the original item Castle Ven Law will automatically refund you the difference

When you send us the product back for exchange it would be preferable if you could explain to us why you'd like to exchange the item e.g. wrong colour, wrong material etc. This will help the Castle Ven Law team improve their customer service and provide you with a better shopping experience next time. What is your returns criteria?

The team at Castle Ven Law are more than happy to offer a complete refund service to customers who are are not completely satisfied with their recent purchases, however to qualify for a refund you must meet the following criteria:

Return the items in perfect condition

Try to return the product in the original packaging

Return the item to us within 28 days

If you can meet all the criteria above Castle Ven Law are happy and willing to offer all customers a refund, however if we do not receive the goods in the condition stated above Castle Ven Law might only provide you with a partial refund or no refund at all in some extreme cases. If you'd like to learn more about our returns procedure in terms of what you're entitled to as a customer call the customer services team today. ***Please note if your goods are damaged upon delivery you need to let the Castle Ven Law team know as soon as possible - they will then be able to offer a full refund or exchange service.***

Refund procedure

To be entitled to a refund you must meet the criteria found on this page. If you send the product back to us within 28 days of delivery in good condition and with its original packaging (if possible), Castle Ven Law are delighted to guarantee you a full discount - from the date the item reaches our HQ you will be credited with a refund for the full amount within 14 days (subject to certain terms and conditions). If the funds haven't been paid into your bank account within 14 working days you need to contact the customer services team immediately. ***Please note Castle Ven Law does not recommend using couriers. For your protection we advise getting a proof of postage document - if the product gets lost in the post this can be used to track it. Contact the customer services team for more information.***
