Admin Staff
An efficient admin office is imperative to the success of any business, which is why Robin Peterson makes sure everything runs like clockwork. Trained in handling items like order forms, documents and files to complaints, enquiries and updates, she manages it all with the help of admin assistants Vera Goldman and Stephanie Ford. The admin staff have fantastic organisational skills and have to keep to strict deadlines, cover the reception room and smooth out any admin issues and concerns, which makes them integral to the firm as a whole. Harriet Young is the last member of the team and was taken on just a few weeks ago - she is dextrous at using computer software to the best effect after finishing her qualifications in information technology.
